All monthly subscription payments will be processed on the last day of the month, when enrolment for the upcoming delivery is closed. Payment will be charged to your card automatically every last day of the month until you cancel your subscription.
Your first coffee club delivery will ship during the first days of next month.
When Will I be charged for the first order?
Yes, your checkout is 0€ at the moment, and everything is fine. You won’t be charged until the deadline for a shipment arrives. By subscribing you agree to a recurring monthly payment that will be charged on your card the moment we close the orders for the ongoing shipment.
If you choose the yearly payment option, since it is a one transaction only payment, it will be charged at the checkout.
When will I receive my first box?
All boxes are sent at the same time during the first week of the month. Regardless if you sign up on the 1st or the 31th the shipping date is the same for all members of the Coffee Club.
If you suscribe for example on the 2nd day of the month, your order will be saved for the next delivery of the subscription, at the beginning of the following month.
Can I cancel the sub anytime?
Yes, you can access your client area and cancel or pause the subscription any time. If the next shipment deadline has already been met, and your next order is already in preparation, the cancellation will be effective from the next month on. So you will still receive this last month box.
What does “Roaster’s Pick” mean?
Most of you enjoy being surprised and discovering new origins. That’s what “Roaster’s Pick” stands for. We cup and select many coffees every week and we will choose our highlights to surprise you every month if you choose to receive our “Roaster’s Pick”.
Is there any special discount on a 1 year subscription?
If you subscribe for a year with us we want to reward your loyalty offering a free month on your coffee club price. So you pay 11 months and the last one is on us!
Can I change my subscription type?
So far, the only change possible about the subscription from My Account is updating the payment method. To change the type of subscription or grind, the best option is to cancel and create a new subscription with the new preferences. As lond as it is done before the last day of the month, it will make no changes and you will receive the coffee normally.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Yes! You can change them from the client area and it will be effective from the next shipment if the change is done before the deadline arrives. If the change is made after, your invoice is already created and your parcel sent, so it will be applied from the following month.
For the yearly subscriptions the invoice was already issued at the beginning. But you can always change the shipping address for the following delivery. As always, the moment it becomes effective will depend on the deadline and status of your current shipment.
When will I receive the first shipment box?
Regardless of the date you joined our coffee club the production and shipment are started once we close that month's orders, the day before the stated roast date. That usually is the first week of each month, where we will plan, roast and ship all of your boxes. You should receive your box during the following 48h to the shipping date announced.

Do you ship outside Spain?
At the moment our Coffee Club is quite new and we only ship to Spain. But we are planning to make it grow soon so we can welcome international members soon. We suggest you to sign up to our newsletter so we can tell you as soon as we start shipping internationally.
At the moment our Coffee Club is only available in Spain. All Spain destinations are estimated to be delivered within the following 24/48h from shipping date.
Does the final price include shipping?
Yes! The price you see is all you will pay. Either monthly or yearly payment are final prices for twelve boxes at your home during the year time.
What does Filter Grind mean? Moka Pot or Espresso grind?
This is dedicated to those of you who don't have a home grinder. Obviously is not the ideal solution but still is a good way to drink specialty coffee at home.
Filter Grind is medium/coarse grind size for V60 2/4 cups, French Press, Aeropress.
MokaPot is a medium/fine grind size ideal to brew coffee with the Italian Moka Pot.
Espresso is a fine grind size for espresso machines.
Our recommendation will always be to get your own grinder and grind the beans right before brewing, this way you will get better results, start experimenting and learning about coffee.
